COVID-19, 1,416 Aid Packages Distributed to Tidung Island People

The aid is directly distributed to local residents at the Tidung Island main pier by implemeting health protocols

The Tidung Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands, received social aid for the fifth time in the form of 1,416 staple packages from the Jakarta Provincial Government, on Tuesday (8/4).

Hafsah, Head of Tidung Island Urban Village expressed that the aid package received consisted of rice, cooking oil, sardines, biscuits, soap, soy sauce, flour, flour and vermicelli.

"The aid is directly distributed to local residents at the Tidung Island main pier by implemeting health protocols," he expressed.

In the meantime, RT 04/02 Tidung Island Urban Village Chairman Heri Gunawan expressed his gratitude for the city's attention to residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

"This really helps lighten the burden on residents," he stated.
