396 Damaged Roads in Central Jakarta Repaired

Repair continues to be done for the sake of safety and convenience of road users

The South Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency says as many as 396 damaged roads in 10 sub-districts in its region have been repaired along July.

According to Heru Suwondo, Head of South Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency, those 396 damaged roads repaired were located in Cilandak (66 points), Jagakarsa (6 points), Kebayoran Baru (38 points), Kebayoran Lama (84 points), Mampang Prapatan (30 points), Pancoran (40 points), Pasar Minggu (62 point), Pesanggrahan (12 points), Setiabudi (24 points) and Tebet (34 points).

"Repair continues to be done for the sake of safety and convenience of road users," he expressed, Friday (8/7).

To repair them, his side involved 200 personnel using hot mix materials.

"Before the repair, most of the roads are potholed, cracked and collapsed," he stated.
