In the near future we will plant 10,000 trees of mangrove in order to prevent abrasion and to restore the environment
Jakarta DPRD Vice Chairman Mohammad Taufik has called on Jakarta Provincial Government to continuously optimize the development of natural and marine tourism in Thousand Islands.
That is by restoring environmental sustainability by increasing the planting of mangrove trees on the coastline and in sloping waters that have the potential to experience abrasion.
Thousand Islands Regency Participates in BPSDM Webinar Program"In the near future we will plant 10,000 trees of mangrove in order to prevent abrasion and to restore the environment," he expressed, Monday (8/24).
His party had visited the Thousand Islands to see the potential for agro-tourism development. As a matter of fact, there was still a lot of homework that needs to be done in beautifying the waters.
"Hopefully tourist destinations here can be opened by implementing a health protocol for the prevention of COVID-19," he hoped.
