East Jakarta Kominfotik Expands JakWiFi Program in 23 Locations

Hopefully socialization about JakWiFi can be intensified continuously and can be enjoyed by all students and business actors

The East Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Statistic (Kominfotik) Sub-agency starts installing new free internet access with 5-10 Mbps capacity, called JakWiFi in 23 locations. Its installation is conducted in a number of urban village and sub-district offices.

Agung Andhika, Division Head of Data Communication Network said it is conducted to facilitate online learning for students and MSME actors via their cellphones around 15-20 people.

South Jakarta Kominfotik Adds Four JakWiFi Access Locations

"They can access it for free in Pasar Rebo Sub-district Office, Baru Urban Village Office, Kalisari, Gedong, Pekayon, Kramat Jati Sub-district Office, Batu Ampar Urban Village Office, Kramat Jati, Cililitan, Cawang, Dukuh Tengah, Malaka Jaya, Malaka Sari," he expressed, Thursday (9/10).

It can be also be enjoyed in Pondok Bambu Urban Village Office, Cakung Sub-district Office, Cakung Barat Urban Village Office, Cakung Timur, Rawa Terate, Jatinegara, Penggilingan, Pulogebang and Ujung Menteng Urban Village Office.

"Hopefully socialization about JakWiFi can be intensified continuously and can be enjoyed by all students and business actors," he hoped.
