The Jakarta Social Agency has started distributing social aid to 100 households affected by the floods in RW 05 and 11, Pela Mampang Urban Village, Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta.
Pela Mampang Urban Village Yunaenah said the social aid given was in the form of baby diapers, blankets, towels, rice, cooking oil and instant noodles, Monday (10/5) yesterday.

He revealed that some residents living in RW 05 and 11 were affected by flooding due to the overflowing waters of Krukut River and heavy rain last Sunday at night until Monday (10/5) in the morning yesterday.
"But the flood quickly receded. PPSU members and locals then worked together to clean up the mud and waste," he said.
