RPTRAs Reopened to Public in Transitional PSBB Period

Jakarta Empowerment, Children Protection, and Population Control (PPAPP) Agency gradually reopens Children-Friendly Public Integrated Spaces (RPTRA)s in Transitional PSBB period. In this reopening, RPTRAs are ensured to implement health protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission.

RPTRA administrators must report activities in RPTRA to the local urban village heads

Jakarta PPAPP Agency Head, Tuty Kusumawati informed, there are rules that should be obeyed in RPTRAs. For example, only people with age 9-60 years old who can visit RPTRA, RPTRA only operates at 7 AM-5 PM, RPTRA limits visitors only 50 percent of its normal capacity, and visitors can only use park and jogging track.

"Besides, some indoor facilities are closed. RPTRA administrators must report activities in RPTRA to the local urban village heads," she added, Tuesday (10/13).

Moreover, she conveyed, all RPTRA administrators are required to implement health protocols, carry out 3M, collect visitor's data, ensure all visitors are healthy and meet the age requirements.

"During Transitional PSBB, management in RPTRAs will be monitored and reported by PPAPP Sub-agency in each regions to Agency Head periodically and continuously," she asserted.
