PT. Integrasi Transit Jakarta Holds the First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

PT. Integrasi Transit Jakarta (ITJ) held the first Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS LB).

PT. MRT Jakarta Corporate Secretary Division Head, Muhamad Kamaluddin stated, RUPS LB which held by subsidiary of the collaboration between PT. MRT Jakarta and PT. Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) is the initial phase in realizing Transit Oriented Development (TOD).

"We discuss two points. First, the approval and ratification of Company's Work Plan and Budget 2020-2021 and second, to deter minate salaries of directors and honorarium of Board of Commissioners along with allowance and/or facilities provided for 2020-2021 financial years," he explained, Monday (10/26).

PT MRT Jakarta - Transjakarta Forms New Subsidiary

According to him, as an initial phase in carrying out duties and functions as the executor of cooperation, supervision, enhancement and development of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) as mandated in Gubernatorial Regulation (Pergub) No. 15/2020, PT. Integrasi Transit Jakarta focuses on work plan in the initial phase (2020-2030) by executing area development. It includes the implementation of intensive spatial distribution process, use of assets, and structure of providing affordable housing.

On the same occasion, Board of Directors and Commissioners of PT. Integrasi Transit Jakarta also signed Corporate Governance, Commitment to Anti-Bribery System, Risk Control Management System, and Reporting System Alleged Violation.

For information, the company was founded and has obtained legal entity status on October 6, 2020 based on the Deed of Establishment No. 18 on October 6, 2020 and has obtained legal entity approval from Law and Human Rights Ministry.
