During Mask Operation on November 2-6, Central Jakarta Satpol PP netted 2,167 violators.

Central Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Bernard Tambunan informed, 22 of 2,167 violators chose to pay administrative fines while the other 2,145 violators chose to clean up waste as social sanction.

"We collect Rp 4 million within a week from administrative fines," he conveyed, Monday (11/9).

Locals Urged to Be Active in Cleaning Up Waste in Drains

In addition to from Mask Operation, his side with related agencies also monitored health protocols compliance in offices and shopping centers.

"We hope people can be more aware to comply with health protocols in order to stop COVID-19 transmission," he stated.
