Number of Main Roads and Collector Roads in East Jakarta Sprayed with Disinfectant

Main roads and collector roads in East Jakarta were sprayed with disinfectant by personnel from Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency, from Friday (12/25) to Saturday (12/26) dawn.

Disinfectant spraying is started simultaneously in different locations from 10 PM

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Fire Control and Rescue Section Head, Gatot Sulaeman conveyed, his side deployed 43 fire trucks in different sizes to carry out disinfectant spraying in main roads and collector roads throughout 10 sub-districts in East Jakarta.

"Disinfectant spraying is started simultaneously in different locations from 10 PM. According to plan, this activity will be carried out on December 25 and 31, 2020, as well as January 1, 2021," he informed, Saturday (12/26).

From total 42 fire trucks, he explained, each of 22 fire trucks carried 10,000 liters disinfectant, 8 fire trucks carried 4,000 liters disinfectant, and 12 fire trucks carried 2,500 liters disinfectant.

Not only fire trucks, his side also deployed 20 modified motorbikes equipped with tanks to spray disinfectant.

"We deploy 126 personnel in this activity," he mentioned.

His side sprayed disinfectant to main roads and collector roads last night, namely Jl. Matraman Raya, Jl. Pramuka, Jl. Ahmad Yani, Jl. Pemuda, Jl. Bekasi Timur Raya, Jl. I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Jl. Raya Bekasi.

Then, Jl. Cakung Cilincing, Jl. Dr Sumarno, Jl. Sentra Primer, Jl. DI Panjaitan, Jl. Otista Raya, Jl. Jatinegara Timur and Jl. Jatinegara Barat.

As well as Jl. Raya Kalimalang, Jl. H. Naman, Jl. Kolonel Sugiono,  Jl. Komodor Halim Perdanakusuma, Jl. Cililitan Besar, Jl. Halim Perdanakusuma.

Jl. Mayjen Sutoyo, Jl. Raya Bogor, Jl. Dewi Sartika, Jl. Raya Condet, Jl. Poncol, Jl. Raya Bogor, Jl. Raya Jambore Cibubur, Jl. Raya Ciracas, Jl. Bina Marga, Jl. Bambu Apus Raya, Jl. Raya Gempol and all areas of TMII.

Then it continued to Jl. TB Simatupang, Jl. Pendidikan, Jl. Gongseng Barat and Jl. RA Fadillah.
