New Year's Eve, East Jakarta Sudinhub will Deploy 230 Personnel

Anticipating vehicle convoys on several main roads on New Year's Eve, East Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency (Sudinhub) planned to deploy 230 personnel and 16 towing cars.

East Jakarta Sudinhub Monitoring and Control Section Head, Riky Erwinda conveyed, hundreds personnel will be divided into two shifts for security. The first shift starts at 6 AM to 1 PM and the second shift starts at 1 PM to 12 AM .

"There is a possibility to add 30 joint officers for joint security assistance with TNI and Police. But, so far there is no request for that," he added, Tuesday (12/29).

He informed, 230 personnel will be deployed to be on standby on Cawang Toll Exit, Cililitan, Kebon Nanas, and East Flood Canal (KBT) and other points.

Moreover, his side also deployed 16 towing cars to anticipate broke down car or illegal parking that could trigger traffic jam.

Towing cars will be deployed at several points, such as TMII's third gate, Cimanggis-Pasar Rebo border area on Jl. Raya Bogor.

As well as on PGC Cililitan intersection, Halim Perdanakusuma Interchange, TU Gas Pulogadung intersection, Matraman intersection, Pasar Rebo Intersection, Cawang Kompor, Jl. Raya Kalimalang, and other points.
