Thousand Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency repaired water channel on Jalan Pantai Selatan, RT 02/01, Tidung Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands Sub-district.
Channel as long as 10 meters is repaired using pipe
South Thousand Islands SDA Sub-agency Head, Abdul Rouf stated, channel repair work conducted since January 16 and targeted to finish today.
"Channel as long as 10 meters is repaired using pipe," he said, Monday (1/18).
Last Year, SDA Cleaned Up 2,215 Micro Channels in East JakartaAfter pipe is replaced, his side connects it to the existing channel which is connected with manhole thus his side will be easier to monitor and clean it from garbage.
"We deploy 10 SDA personnel to repair this channel. Hopefully channel can be functioned well, water can also run well, thus no inundation in the area," he conveyed.
