East Jakarta Gulkarmat Carries Out COVID-19 Socialization in 832 Locations

In January 2021, East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency has carried out COVID-19 socialization in 832 locations.

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency Head, Muchtar Zakaria conveyed, his side socialized residents using door-to-door method. Socialization was carried out on collector roads, worship places, education facilities, and public facilities.

Moreover, his side is also active in disseminating fire prevention measures to the residents.

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Prevention Section Head, Edi Parwoko conveyed, from total 832 locations, his side carried out socialization in 356 worship places, 461 collector roads, and 15 education facilities.

His side deployed 901 personnel during the socialization throughout January. They were faciliated with 117 cars and 430 motorbikes for their operational.

"Personnel go around the settlements and socialize COVID-19 using loudspeakers," he mentioned.
