2. Must work in public/private health facilities in Jakarta (Puskesmas/hospital/clinic/independent practice /other health facilities) proven by a certificate from the agency/assignment letter/ID card
3. Participants of the specialist doctor education program (PPDS) who work in health facilities in Jakarta by showing their ID Card
4. Health facility staff (including admin/support) in Jakarta who have registered on the SI SDMK website
5. Except for admin/management staff who work in health facilities and do not have STR or are unregistered in SI SDMK, can be checked at bit.ly/Panduan_cekSISDMK
6. No history of COVID-19 vaccination
7. No history of infected with COVID-19
8. 18-59 years old (before the 60th birthday)
9. Pass the medical check-up at the vaccination site
