Thousand Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency repaired 29 manhole covers and 21 biopore infiltration holes in Untung Jawa Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands Sub-district.

Thousand Islands SDA Sub-agency Head, Abdul Rouf mentioned, repairing was carried out in front of urban village offices, SDN Negeri 01 Untung Jawa Island, Arsa park, in front of Puskesmas, and several locatios at RW 01.
Today, Manhole Covers Repair on Untung Jawa Island Completed
"We deploy 10 personnel. This repair has started yesterday and is still ongoing today," he informed, Thursday (2/11).
Repairing manhole covers and biopore infiltration holes is expected to prevent flood and inundation optimally.
"We ask local residents to report or inform our personnel immediately when they see similar damage thus we can repair it as soon as possible," he stated.
