Some 15 personnel of Cilandak Sub-district PPSU and Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency Task Force are dredging the drains on Jalan Cilandak Bawah, RT 10/13, Cilandak Barat, South Jakarta.
Hopefully it can operate optimally when it rains
Cilandak Sub-district Head Mundari said dredging was carried out, because of full of mud. Thus the water overflowed and caused puddles on the road.
Drains alongside Jalan Kemang Being Cleaned"The drains that have 60 cm width with 400 meters length is dredged up to 30 cm depth," he expressed, Wednesday (3/3).
He added it had been ongoing since three days ago and was targeted to be complete by the end of this month.
"We have managed to pick up 380 sacks containing mud from the drains. Hopefully it can operate optimally when it rains," he closed.
