"Currently, the progress is still 40 percent due to constraints on the construction of the Cibitung - Cilincing Toll Road piles. Nearly a quarter of the construction area was part of the work of the Cibitung - Cilincing Toll Road by PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP). He explained it was aimed at tackling inundation in the surrounding area, especially during the rainy season.
"After it is done, we hope the inundation problem can be resolved," he hoped.
Not only that, it also aimed to accommodate water in order to increase groundwater sources in the surrounding area. It was also designed to be one of the ecotourism spots in North Jakarta area.
"Later, locals can do exercise and other activities. Not far from the location, there is also Malang Rawa Urban Forest. So, the facilities will be more complete," he stated.
