Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) School Transportation Service Unit (UPAS) Head, Ali Murthadho stated, his side has served 6,039 elderly people who use shuttle service in vaccination program on March 19-28.

This number, he assessed, will continue to increase because shuttle service will continue to be provided until vaccination program for elderly in Jakarta ends.
"In 10 days, 6,039 elderly people have been served in shuttle service using school buses. This service will continue until dynamic vaccination program for elderly people in Capital City ends," he mentioned, Monday (3/29).
On last Sunday (3/28), shuttle service for elderly were provided in 3 locations which served 137 elderly people in total. In detail, 82 elderly people in Penjaringan Sub-district, 35 elderly people in Semanan Sub-district, and 20 elderly people in Tegal Alur Sub-district.
Meanwhile, number of school buses that were deployed is fluctuated every day based on the needs. Today, 29 school buses were deployed to pick-up elderly people in 22 points across five regions of Jakarta.
"Previously we deploy 38 school bus fleets," he said.
