West Jakarta Monitors Limited School Opening Trial

West Jakarta Government reviewed limited face-to-face learning trial in several schools in the region.

In West Jakarta, there are 13 schools conducting limited school opening trial

This monitoring was led by West Jakarta Mayor, Uus Kuswanto by checking classrooms, students, and supporting facilities for health protocols.

"In West Jakarta, there are 13 schools conducting limited school opening trial. 6 schools in Regional 1 Education Sub-agency and 7 schools in Regional 2 Education Sub-agency," he mentioned at SDN Palmerah 03, Wednesday (4/7).

Ariza Ensures Face-to-Face Learning Trial Preparation Runs Optimally

On that occasion, he emphasized the importance of collaboration between Regional 1 and 2 Education Sub-agency and Health Sub-agency to ensure face-to-face learning run well and effectively.

According to him, teachers who carry out face-to-face learning have also received COVID-19 vaccination.

"Health protocol is the most important thing. Be sure to also prepare isolation room to anticipate any cases of COVID-19 in school," he added.

Meanwhile, SDN Palmerah 03 Headmaster, Elly Herawati stated, during face-to-face learning activity, students are not allowed to eat outside school area. They are required to bring food/drink from home.

"Today, two classes take a part in face-to-face learning, namely V-a and V-b. Each class is attended by 12 students or 50 percent of total students in class. We also ensure that all facilities for health protocols are ready for use," he asserted.
