Bank DKI Touches Apartment Owners and Residents to Use Cashless Transactions

PT Bank DKI involves apartment owners and residents to take advantage of various digital banking products and services such as JakOne Mobile to encourage cashless transactions in Jakarta.

Bank DKI Secretary, Herry Djufraini said that one of the apartment communities that was invited to collaborate was the owner and occupant of the Taman Rasuna Apartment, Setiabudi, South Jakarta.

He explained banking transactions and payments for daily necessities such as utility payments, environmental management fees, local taxes, insurance, e-commerce, zakat and donations to online shopping could be used easily with just one hand.

"We want to bring JakOne Mobile closer to various features that can facilitate them in various transactions," he explained.

Aside that, the company also had other e-channel services, namely ATM and Cash Management System (CMS) to the Association of Taman Rasuna Apartment Owners and Occupants (P3SRS), which was to monitor financial transactions in real time and online.

The bank also served payroll management for P3SRS employees and provides Multipurpose Credit (KMG) and Mortgage Loans (KPR) options to officers of the Taman Rasuna Apartment.

"We're also about to open a service office in the apartment area for more optimal banking services to residents and administrators of the apartment," he explained.

In the future, he added, the BUMD Modern Market would also be built in the apartment area, which is planned to use QR Code-based payments as a form of commitment to synergy and collaboration between BUMDs. The apartment residents could use the JakOne Mobile and QRIS Scan to Pay features.

"By so, it may increase the value of DKI Bank that can synergize and take advantage of each other to achieve more beneficial results for residents and administrators of the apartment, as well as for the community in general," he stated.
