Bank DKI Receives Awards in Various Categories at Infobank Digital Brand Awards 2021

PT. Bank DKI received awards in six categories at Infobank Digital Brand Awards 2021. Those awards were given for different categories, namely Corporate Brand for Bank DKI, Sharia Business Unit (UUS), Product Brand for Saving Products, ATM cards, card-based electric money, and Home Ownership Loans (KPR).

These awards will encourage Bank DKI to improve digital banking

Those awards were given by Infobank Magazine to players in financial industry who participate in innovating and developing value and quality of digital-based products and services in 2020.

PT. Bank DKI Secretary, Herry Djufraini said, this award is a sign that Bank DKI's products are increasingly known and in demand by public.

"These awards will encourage Bank DKI to improve digital banking as a key to increase competitiveness in the midst of current digital era," he stated, Friday (6/11).

He added that Bank DKI will continue innovating to develop digital banking products and services, such as ease of applying for Griya Monas loan anytime and anywhere through consumer loan e-form application that can be accessed via eform.bankdki.co.id

Credit applicants can check credit application process that is being submitted through application. In addition, customers can also apply for Bank DKI Multipurpose Credit through Bank DKI consumer loan e-form application.

"Customers only need to access e-form consumer loan, choose type of credit they want, fill out application and personal data for further processing," he explained.

Moreover, PT. Bank DKI also received awards in category Electronic Money Product, ATM Cards and Monas Savings. His side continued to make innovations for these three products, for example by providing convenience to Bank DKI Monas Savings holders and other saving products in form of Combo Cards, where Bank DKI ATM and debit cards can be also used as JakCard.

Not only general customers, convenience of combo cards can be also enjoyed by Jakarta Smart Plus Card holders and Social Assistance recipients from Jakarta Government.

"Social Assistance Card issued by Bank DKI is also integrated with Jakarta Government system thus various other subsidy programs such as Cheap Food Subsidy and Transportation Subsidy can be implemented on target," he mentioned.

JakCard as prepaid card issued by Bank DKI has been widely used as e-ticket for various public transportation modes, such as TransJakarta, Mikro Trans, JakLingko minivan, MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, and airport train/Railink.

JakCard is also the main payment instrument in tourist destination areas owned by Jakarta Government, such as Ancol, Ragunan Zoo, Monas, Planetarium, and various museums. Furthermore, JakCard can now be used as access to inner city toll roads in Jakarta.

"JakCard holders can use JakOne Mobile from smartphone with NFC feature to top up JakCard balance with just a few easy steps. Until end of April 2021, number of JakCards in circulation has reached 6.2 million cards," he informed.

According to him, UUS Bank DKI currently provides various sharia financial solutions such as Hajj and Umrah (Taharoh) savings. UUS Bank DKI is also trusted to collaborate related to electronic money integration (JakOne Pay) for digital zakat, infaq and sadaqah payment services. Besides, it also provides products and services such as Tabungan iB, Deposito iB, and Giro iB.

"Bank DKI consistently provides easy transaction to customers through digital banking products," he added.
