Rain accompanied by Strong Winds Expected in Parts of Jakarta Today

Rain showers are forecast to fall across parts of Jakarta on Monday (6/14), with some areas predicted to be hit with downpours.

Jakartans must be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in East, West, Central, North and South Jakarta in the late afternoon and at night

"Jakartans must be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in East, West, Central, North and South Jakarta in the late afternoon and at night," stated BMKG's official site.

While other areas, such as Central, West, East, South, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands will experience clear cloudy at noon, while at night is predicted to see cloudy.

BMKG Forecasts Sunny Cloudy All Day for Jakarta

Entering at tomorrow's dawn, light rain would potentially hit West, Central, South and East Jakarta, as well as light rain accompanied by lightning in North Jakarta and Thousand Islands.

Temperatures in five regions and Thousand Islands is predicted at 22 to 32 degrees Celsius with air humidity of 60 to 90 percent.
