BMKG Forecasts Light Shower in Parts of Jakarta Today

The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) has forecast rain in some areas of the capital in the afternoon and at dawn.

Jakartans must be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in West, Central, North and South Jakarta in the evening and at dawn

"Jakartans must be aware of the potential for rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in West, Central, North and South Jakarta in the evening and at dawn," stated BMKG's official site.

In the afternoon, rain of light intensity will potentially fall in South and East Jakarta, while cloudy in West, Central, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands.

Rain accompanied by Strong Winds Expected in Parts of Jakarta Today

Entering the evening, clear cloudy is expected in South and East Jakarta, while cloudy in West, Central, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands.

At tomorrow's dawn, most areas will be rain with light intensity.

Temperatures in five regions and Thousand Islands is predicted at 24 to 32 degrees Celsius with air humidity of 70 to 95 percent.
