West Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency temporarily closed face-to-face public services during Emergency PPKM on July 3-20, 2021. Therefore, residents who need the service can register online.

West Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Administration Sub-division Head, Kuntarti conveyed, closure of face-to-face public services was done according to Home Affairs Minister Instruction No. 5/2021 concerning COVID-19 Emergency PPKM in Java-Bali Region.
South Jakarta Dukcapil Provides Cross-Region E-KTP Recording Service"We apply 25 percent employees Work From Office (WFO). Employees who enter the office are including security officers, cleaning service, and officers who are in charge of printing KTP, KIA, and KK since we use special registration form," she explained, Wednesday (7/7).
For residents who want to confirm the service can reach West Jakarta Dukcapil via online through Alpukat Betawi app or web dukcapiljakbar.aqm.web.id and e-form bit.lv/dukcapiljakbar.
Apart from online, she continued, residents can contact call service center at 081283571528 for KK and KTP verification. Besides, residents can contact 083899338254 for NIK application and 081389656861 for civil registration.
