214 Children Aged 12-17 on Panggang Island Get Vaccinated

Thus far as many as 250 people have been vaccinated

As many as 214 children aged 12-17 years were vaccinated at the Panggang Island Urban Village Puskesmas, North Thousand Islands Sub-district and Thousand Islands RSUD, on Thursday (7/8).

Panggang Island Urban Village Acting Head, Iskandar disclosed it was targeted to vaccinate around 500 people.

"Thus far as many as 250 people have been vaccinated. To hit the target, we continue to urge parents to motivate their children to get vaccinated immediately," he expressed.

To get vaccinated, he added, children only need to bring a Family Card (KK) or Child Identity Card (KIA).

"Besides the age of 12-17 years, vaccinations for residents aged 18 years or over are also still running," he stated.
