Jakarta Disburses Cash Social Assistance for 907,616 Beneficiary Families Today

The Jakarta Social Agency (Dinsos), disbursed Cash Social Assistance (BST) stages 5 and 6 (for May and June) for 907,616 beneficiary families (KPM), on Monday (1/19).

He explained that there were actually about 1,007,379 beneficiary families, as the agency was still conducting data matching thus the aid was temporarily given to 907,616.
"If the data matching is done, the rest will be disbursed next week, so we ask for your patience," he explained.
He went on to say that if there was a duplication with the data of BST recipients, the recipients would be automatically eliminated.
"It cannot be disbursed from City Budget (APBD) as it has been covered through the Central Government BST," he explained.
Of the 907,616, 50,526 were from Central Jakarta, 181,367 were from North Jakarta, 142,029 were from South Jakarta, 457,250 were from East Jakarta, 73,948 were from West Jakarta, and 2,496 were from Thousand Islands.
"They can directly make withdrawals through the nearest Bank DKI ATM machine. Don't forget to obey with health protocols, wear masks, bring hand sanitizer, maintain social distancing and avoid the crowd," he asserted.
If when the ATM card was lost, he added, they could do the blocking first by contacting the Bank DKI Call Center at telephone number (021) 1500351. After that, they would be asked to make a letter of loss from the local police office and then make a requesting report for a new Bansos Jakarta savings book and ATM card at the nearest Bank DKI office.
Then if there was any misuse of aid during the disbursement or distribution of social assistance, they could complain to the Dinsos via JAKI application, the Jakarta administration's CRM channel @DKIJakarta, corona.jakarta.go.id or contact Call Center BST at 021-22684824.
