Anies Appreciates Collaboration with Private Sectors in Handling COVID-19 Pandemic

COVID-19 pandemic which is still ongoing in various parts of the world, including Jakarta, has made all parties involved in handling it. Pandemic is handled not only by government, but also elements of society and private sectors. For appreciation, Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan visited three location for inauguration of collaboration between Jakarta Government and private sectors in handling pandemic.

augurate controlled isolation location built by Alfa Corporation at UBM Housing, Pademangan, North Jakarta on Tuesday (8/3). He assessed that various collaboration show the nature of human origin to take opportunity in taking a part in handling the pandemic with movement approach."This opens the opportunity for all parties to show their origins, provide an opportunity to participate in humanitarian action. During this pandemic, we have seen movement approach which is not only a program, where all components of community are involved and directly take a part based on their potentials," he said as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release.

Thus in the future, it can be a reference for other companies outside Jakarta to help deal with COVID-19.
"Jakarta witnesses so many parties collaborate. This morning, we witness a breakthrough where company actively provides isolation location for employees and local residents. It is an example to public and it is not only carried out in Jakarta, but other places as well," he conveyed.
Next, he also inaugurated Mobile Vaccine Car Service entitled Serviam Vaccination Center, together with Deputy Minister of Health, Dante Saksono Harbuwono; and Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, I Gusti Ayu Bintang Darmawati, at Santa Ursula School, Central Jakarta.
The involvement of this educational institution also received appreciation from Anies for creating mobile-based vaccination center. Not only providing vaccines, venue, and vaccinators, this Serviam Vaccination Center also gathers people to be vaccinated.
"We appreciate their work to make mobile vaccine car because vaccination should be done with a movement approach. Creating vaccination center is not only to build a place, provide vaccinates, and ensure availability of vaccines, but also mobilize people to come to get vaccine, especially because it is mobile," he mentioned.
After inaugurating Mobile Vaccination Service, he also witnessed handover of aid from PT. Lion Super Indo in form of staple food packages and oxygen cylinders to assist COVID-19 handling in Jakarta.
