Total 1,791 pregnant women in Jakarta have been vaccinated against COVID-19 using Sinovac, Moderna, and Pfizer vaccines on August 2-18, 2021. In fact, nine of them have received full vaccination.

It regulates vaccination requirements for pregnant women in using three types of vaccines, namely Pfizer and Moderna which use mRNA platform and Sinovac that uses inactivated virus platform, with the following conditions:
a. Prioritized in areas with high transmission rates
b. Blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg is not recommended
c. Heart disease, asthma, DM, lung disease, HIV, hyperthyroidism, chronic kidney disease and liver disease must be under control
d. If you have autoimmune, it must be under control and get doctor's approval
e. If you have history of severe allergies, you should get special monitoring
