Foreign Workers Arrested in North Jakarta

As much as 29 foreign workers (WNA) from China arrested from one Luxury home on Jalan Danau Agung IV, Blok E No 3A, RW 16, Sunter Agung Urban Village, Tanjung Priok Subdistrict, North Jakarta, As much as 14 women initially as ME, EZ, RI, HK, LC, LH, CH, YC, XS, LQ, SH, ZX, ZR, and ZH with other 15 men initially as CG, IL, DR, ND, BC, YA, FJ, NR, MO, DW, ZI, FQ, KR, and SN arrested because of worked illegally at some hotel and restaurant.

Their existence violated Bill No 6/2011 about Immigration

North Jakarta Police Criminal Section Head, Pol. Comm. Azhar Nugroho admitted, they worked without right document such as working visa. During last two months, they only used visiting visa.

"Their existence violated Bill No 6/2011 about Immigration. We send them to immigration side for the next process. They could be threatened 5 years in jail," he uttered, Tuesday (11/25).
