East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar monitored vaccination service at dairy factory of PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia (FFI) on Jl. Raya Bogor, Ciracas, Tuesday (9/21).

This can help to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission and reach herd immunity

According to him, this service was carried out through collaboration between Jakarta Government and Kodam Jaya, Polda Metro Jaya, and PT. FFI to increase vaccination rate in Ciracas.

"We appreciate PT. FFI for collaborating in vaccination service. This can help to break the chain of COVID-19 transmission and reach herd immunity," he stated.

PT. FFI General Affair Manager, Sutaryani mentioned, this collaborative work is carried out as an effort to help government to fight COVID-19.

She explained, most of total 500 employees had undergone first and second vaccination. About 25 people have not been vaccinated due to health and other factors.

"We support government's vaccination program. Apart from employees, this service is open to public," she conveyed.

Ciracas Sub-district Head, Mamad stated, vaccination service at PT. FFI's dairy factory has been held since September 15 until Friday (9/24). In this location, about 250 residents have been vaccinated every day. This vaccination service provides AstraZeneca and Sinovac vaccines for second dose.

"There are 8 health workers from TNI and Police. They are assisted by 10 people from PKK cadres, ASN, and karang taruna for administration and registration sections," he said.
