Jakarta Government together with Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) held vaccination service for refugees and asylum seekers at Bulungan Sports Center, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

KADIN Deputy Chairperson, Firlie Ganinduto said, in this activity, his side prepared 600 quotas for first dose vaccines through mutual cooperation (gotong royong) vaccination program.

According to him, this one-day vaccination service involved 20 health workers in health screening and vaccination sectors.
"This vaccination is expected to help achieve herd immunity and end COVID-19 in Indonesia," he said.
Wahidullah Akramy (35), the asylum seeker from Afghanistan who is stationed at Ravindo Tower in BSD, Tangerang, felt grateful to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in this activity.
"I also invite my friends and tell them not to be afraid of vaccines. Because it is a way to maintain body resistance," said the man who claimed to have lived in Indonesia for more than seven years.
