Joint Personnel Collects 3.5 Kilograms Nail Mines in East Jakarta

The nail mines sweep (saber) operation which was carried out simultaneously in East Jakarta on Thursday (10/14), collected about 3.5 kilograms of nails. The results of nail mines saber operation were collected in each sub-district offices.

The operation will be carried out in different locations every day

East Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Budi Novian conveyed, it involved joint personnel in 10 sub-districts to carry out nail mines saber operation. The leading sector for this activity was Satpol PP. Operation was carried out on Jl. Pramuka (Matraman Sub-district), Jl. DI Panjaitan, Jl. MT Haryono (Jatinegara Sub-district), Jl. Pemuda (Pulogadung Sub-district), Jl. MT Haryono (Kramat Jati Sub-district) to the border of South Jakarta.

It continued to Jl. TB Simatupang, Jl. Supriyadi, Jl. Raya Bogor (Ciracas Sub-district) Jl. Raya Bekasi (Cakung Sub-district), Jl. Basura Rahmat to Kolonel Soegiono (Duren Sawit Sub-district), Jl. Soetoyo and Jl. Raya Pondok Gede (Makasar Sub-district), Jl. Raya Bogor and Jl. TB Simatupang (Pasar Rebo Sub-district), Jl. Raya Hankam and Jl. Bina Marga (Cipayung Sub-district).

"Total nail mines collected from the operation reaches about 3.5 kilograms. Currently, we put it in respective sub-district officers. We plan to destroy it later," he asserted, Friday (10/15).

According to him, most nail mines were found in Duren Sawit with total 2 kilograms nails, then 1 kilogram in Matraman, and half kilogram in Ciracas. While 35 nails in Cipayung, 30 nails in Cakung, 13 nails in Kramat Jati, 3 ounces of nails in Pulogadung, and 2 ounces of nails in Pasar Rebo.

He mentioned that nail mines saber operation will be carried out simultaneously from October 14 to 21, from 10:00 until finish.

"The operation will be carried out in different locations every day," he stated.
