Jakarta won national category award in commemoration of the 57th National Health Day (HKN) in 2021 from Ministry of Health for Implementation of Test-Trace-Isolate, K3 and COVID-19 Health Protocols, Best COVID-19 Vaccination, and Healthy Family Index ( IKS). Jakarta Health Agency Head, Widyastuti, expressed her appreciation and gratitude for the national-scale award given to Jakarta.
These awards have brought health services in Jakarta one step closer to the realization of healthy family in the capital city
"It can be achieved due to participation of all parties, both health workers, Central and Regional Governments, and most importantly, active participation of community who want to improve their health status," she conveyed at Health Agency Office, Central Jakarta on Saturday (11/13), as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Release.
This award was given to East Jakarta Government for the best implementation of Test-Trace-Isolation (TLI) at Regency/City level. East Jakarta Administration has contact tracing ratio of 25, meaning that from one positive case, 25 people who were close contacts were tracked. In addition, Active Case Finding (ACF) is carried out accurately in at-risk population zones; red, orange, and yellow RTs, where tracing is not only carried out in schools, but also in malls, markets, and offices/business places. In fact, during Limited Face-to-Face Learning, ACF in East Jakarta reached 18% which exceeded the target set by Ministry of Health by 10%.

Penjaringan Health Center is a pioneer in implementation of night vaccination and acceleration of vaccination for fishermen and coastal residents on Saturdays and Sundays. At Penjaringan Health Center, North Jakarta, vaccination for dose 1 were given to 202,898 people and dose 2 to 169,484 people.
Next, award for the highest IKS at national level in city category for implementing Healthy Indonesia Program with Family Approach (PISPK) was given to two health centers, namely Halim 1 Urban Village Health Center (Rank 1) and Kelapa Gading Timur 1 Urban Village Health Center (Rank 2). IKS is formed based on various indicators, namely families participating in Family Planning (KB) program, mother who gives birth at health facility, babies who receive complete basic immunizations, families recorded as member of National Health Insurance (JKN), etc.
