Dukcapil Opens Public Service Outlet at PGC

Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Agency made new innovation by opening integrated public service outlet on the second floor of Cililitan Wholesale Center (PGC) Building, Jl. Mayjen Sutoyo, East Jakarta.

Dukcapil Agency is committed to provide public services that are easy, fast, and free of illegal fees or extortion

Jakarta Dukcapil Agency Head, Budi Awaludin said population administration service provided at Dukcapil outlet in shopping center includes printing e-ID (e-KTP) card, child identity card (KIA) and issuing family card (KK), birth certificate, death certificate.

"Residents can take advantage of facilities at PGC Integrated Outlet thus their population administration can be more orderly. They can shop or go refreshing with their families as well as take care of population administration," he mentioned, Saturday (12/18).

He informed that people can use the service every Monday-Friday at 09:00-16:00.

"Dukcapil Agency is committed to provide public services that are easy, fast, and free of illegal fees or extortion," he asserted.

This integrated outlet also provided services from Samsat and Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Agency.

This PGC Integrated Outlet was inaugurated by Jakarta Vice Governor, Ahmad Riza Patria and attended by Wahyu Dewanto, Member of Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission B as well as PGC Commissioner, and representatives of related agencies.
