Third Dose Given to 300 Residents at RPTRA Garuda Cilangkap

As many as 300 residents had been injected with third dose/booster vaccines at RPTRA Garuda Cilangkap, Cipayung, East Jakarta on this Tuesday (2/8). It is raining today but that did not stop them from getting vaccinated.

Cilangkap Urban Village Health Center Head, Sisca Alamanda stated that although the service was for booster vaccination, her side still served people who had not been vaccinated with doses 1 and 2.

"We deploy 10 health workers to administer booster vaccines. They are assisted by PKK cadres, jumantik, dasawisma, RPTRA Garuda administrators, and PPSU personnel," she explained.

The service itself provided Sinovac and Pfizer vaccines. For booster, health workers only administered half a dose of vaccine.

"We urge people to get vaccinated immediately. This is important to prevent COVID-19 transmission and achieve herd immunity," she asserted.
