Mobile Vaccination at RPTRA Pulogebang Permai Targets 100 People a Day

The mobile vaccination service is held at RPTRA Pulogebang Permai, RW 13 Pulogebang, Cakung, East Jakarta, for three days, from Monday (2/14) to Wednesday (2/16).

Pulogebang Urban Village Head, Imran Mansyur stated, the service was carried out in collaboration with the Jakarta Government and the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation. It is targeted to vaccinate 100 people per day using AstraZeneca vaccines.

"We hope it can be held continuously, considering Pulogebang is a very large area and has a population of more than 148,000 people," he said.

The same action is also held at RW 13 Secretariat Office, which is located next to the RPTRA. It was carried out in collaboration with the Cakung Sub-district Health Center with vaccination target 450 people a day.

To support it, his side deployed 20 cadres of PKK, Jumantik, LMK, PPSU members, and RT/RW administrators.

Jakarta Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Service Regional Head, Sari Bunga conveyed, the mobile vaccination service at RPTRA was provided for the elderly in RW 09, 12, and 13 in Pulogebang Indah Housing.

"We deploy 3 health workers, consisting of a doctor, nurse, and midwives to collaborate with health workers from the Cakung Sub-district Health Center," she mentioned.

Lukman Hakim (71), a resident who is also a former Chairman of RW 09 Pulogebang admitted that he was helped by this door-to-door vaccination service because the location was close to where he lived.

"It is very helpful for the elderly. Because we don't need to go far to get a booster vaccine," he said.
