Door-to-Door Administration Service Provided at Kemayoran

The Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency provides door-to-door service at Secretariat RW 07 Kemayoran Urban Village. The service is carried out as an effort to realize Population Administration Awareness Village (KAMSA) program.

Our result from evaluation in the field stated that door-to-door service is very popular with residents

Central Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Acting Head (Plt) Ginanjar explained, in this activity, his side provided various population administration services, including recording and printing of e-KTP, child identity card (KIA), birth certificate, death certificate, divorce certificate, marriage certificate, and family card (KK).

In the activity which was carried out from 9:00 to 12:00, his side had served 93 residents. 32 residents applied for KK, 5  KIAs, 7 birth certificates, and 1 death certificate.

Meanwhile, 13 residents asked for e-KTP printing and 1 e-KTP recording, 6 residents updated their population number (NIK), and 28 residents asked for a consultation.

"Most of them take care of KK since now it has been updated using a barcode," he added.

Previously, door-to-door service had been held in Kebon Sirih Urban Village. According to the plan, it would be continued in Cempaka Putih Timur Urban Village on Wednesday (3/23).

"Our result from evaluation in the field stated that door-to-door service is very popular with residents," he mentioned.

Kemayoran Urban Village Head Rachmat Fadjar assessed that Dukcapil Sub-agency's door-to-door service was very helpful for residents who during the pandemic are mostly staying at home and postpone taking care of their population administration documents.

"It is held at RW 07, because of its strategic location. People's enthusiasm is very high about this door-to-door service," he conveyed.

Febriana Kristina (34), a resident of RT 02/07 Kemayoran Urban Village admitted that she was greatly helped with the service because she did not have time to apply for a permit document at the Dukcapil Sub-agency office.

"This is very helpful. Earlier, I come to change data in my child's birth certificate and they process it immediately. We hope services can be provided at any time," she mentioned.
