Vaccination Participants at RPTRA Susukan Ceria Increase Significantly

The awareness of Ciracas residents about the importance of vaccination to prevent COVID-19 transmission is getting better. There is a significant increase in the number of people vaccinated at RPTRA Susukan Ceria, Ciracas, East Jakarta, on Friday (3/25).

On normal days, it can reach 100-125 people. But today it has increased to 250-300 people

Susukan Urban Village Head Andri Priwitama Maila stated the number of people who came to the vaccination site was previously around 100-125 people. But today, it soared to 250-300 people.

"On normal days, it can reach 100-125 people. But today it has increased to 250-300 people," he mentioned.

Booster Shots Given to 25,976 Residents in Taman Sari

The increasing number of people who came for vaccination was witnessed directly by Ciracas Sub-district Head Mamat. According to him, the increase was because many people were starting to realize the importance of maintaining body immunity ahead of fasting month and Eid ul-Fitri.

"Moreover, the government doesn't prohibit residents from going home for those who have been vaccinated with the third dose or booster," he conveyed.

In this vaccination, sub-district and urban village health centers mobilized 12 health workers assisted by 4 RPTRA administrators.

"Types of vaccines administered are AstraZeneca, Sinovac, and Pfizer. We are not only serving adults but also children aged 6-11 years," he explained.
