The East Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency will build channels, connecting (phb) channels, and its accessories at 20 different points in the near future.

The entire project had been budgeted for around Rp 25 billion through e-catalog auction and was targeted to start in mid-May.
East Jakarta SDA Sub-agency's Development and Drainage Improvement Section Head Tengku Saugi Zikri mentioned the channels construction project was the first phase. Currently, his side was preparing the e-catalog auction through local LKPP BPBJ.

For the initial step, it would be socialized to residents in 20 locations through urban village by inviting RT/RW administrators. It was targeted to complete before Eid al-Fitr.
Those channels would be built in several locations, consisting of a 352-meter channel on Jalan Komarudin, from Jalan Masjid Jami Riyad to Jalan Al Furqon, Pulogebang Urban Village.
Then a 231-meter channel on Jalan Komarudin RT 11/05, Pulogebang Urban Village; a 572-meter-long channel on Jalan Malaka Munjul Urban Village; a 575-meter-long channel on Jalan Pagelarang Kembang Sepatu, Setu Urban Village.
There were also a 674-meter-long channel on Jalan Al Baido and Jalan Gorda, Lubang Buaya Urban Village; a 230-meter-long channel on Jalan Radar Auri RT 08/14, Cibubur Urban Village; a 896-meter-long channel on Jalan Gudang Air, Rambutan Urban Village; a 441-meter-long channel on Jalan Raya Ciracas Gang Dewa until Jalan Raya Centex; a 512-meter-long channel on Jalan Raya Ciracas from Jalan Depasin to Gang Dewa.
Channels would be also built on Jalan Sitala Sari 1, Cipinang Muara Urban Village; Jalan Mawar 3, Cipinang Muara Urban Village; Jalan SMA Negeri 14, from Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo to Jalan Swadaya 2, Cawang Urban Village.
Then on Jalan Batu Ampar 4, Batu Ampar Urban Village; Jalan Kamboja, Kebon Pala Urban Village; Jalan Emuntipala, Makasar Urban Village; Jalan Dana Karya, Gedong Urban Village; Jalan Gandaria I RT 01, 02, 04, 05 and RT 11 of RW 2, Pekayon Urban Village; Jalan Jaha RW 01 and RW 10, Kalisari Urban Village; southern and northern sides of Jalan Pisangan Baru Utara, Pisangan Baru Urban Village.
"The channels will be built using U-ditch concrete in the size of 60x60x120, 80x80x120, and 100x100x120 centimeters," he concluded.
