East Jakarta Mayor Anwar inaugurated the cheap market which offers 500 low-cost packages for underprivileged residents registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). The market which opened in the courtyard of the local mayor's office was realized in collaboration with Jakarta Kadin and Indonesian Catering Entrepreneurs Association.

According to him, the market sells food packages at a low price of Rp 90,000 which is cheaper than in the market for Rp 220,000. But, it was only dedicated to underprivileged residents from Cakung and Duren Sawit sub-districts.

Mujiati (42), a resident of Penggilingan Urban Village, Cakung admitted that she was very happy to buy food packages at a lower price than in the market.
