535 KTP Warga Terkena Perubahan Nama Jalan Sudah Diganti

535 E-KTPs Have Been Renewed due to Change of Street Names

From June 29 to July 1, the Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Agency has printed 535 electronic ID cards (e-KTPs) and 318 family cards (KKs) for residents affected by the change in street names.

After updating the population data, residents can gradually update other documents according to the needs

This figure has only reached 18.39 percent of a total target of 2,909 e-KTPs and 23.42 percent of a total target of 1,358 KKs.

Jakarta Dukcapil Agency Head Budi Awalludin stated that his party had made it easier for residents who wished to update their addresses due to the street renaming through a door-to-door service.

181 Residents in Tanah Tinggi Served by Adminduk Service

The population administration (adminduk) services are provided in random locations every day until all population data is updated with the latest address.

"After updating the population data, residents can gradually update other documents according to the needs," he said, Saturday (7/2).

According to him, residents' other documents such as e-KTP, KK, SIM, Passport, and others are still valid. Changes to street names are automatically recorded in the online system, thus documents can be replaced after the validity period expires.

"Nevertheless, we will still visit residents' houses to help them adjust their population documents for free," he explained.

People can get further information regarding schedule and adminduk service locations related to changes in street names from Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter official accounts of @dukcapiljakarta or website kependudukancapil.jakarta.go.id.
