Joint officers from across regional apparatus organizations (OPD) were deployed to ensure the smooth implementation of Idul Adha prayers at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), on Sunday (7/10).

Acting City Secretary Sigit Wijatmoko revealed, within two hours, officers managed to clean up garbage in the stadium. Even, the movement of congregants was able to leave the site orderly and smoothly.
"Alhamdulillah, the prayer runs well. Less than two hours or around 100 minutes, the stadium is sterile already from congregational prayers," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

"Cleaning the JIS area is conducted before and after prayers to ensure cleanliness at the location. We send nine dump trucks, 10 toilet buses, and fire engines to spray disinfectant. Alhamdulillah, everything can be done quickly," he explained.
He added the mobility of pilgrims when leaving the prayer area also went well, thus congestion around JIS could be avoided.
"At 9:30 AM, the JIS area was clear of the congregation and the traffic seemed to be running smoothly," he concluded.
