Ahok Met Bappenas Chief to Harmonize City Development Programs

Here, we study to parse traffic congestion

Jakarta Governor, Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama and National Development Planning Minister and National Development Planning Board (Bappenas) Chief, Andrinof Chaniago held a private meeting in the Bappenas office, Jalan Taman Suropati No. Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (1/6). 

The meeting, which lasted for 1.5 hours to discuss several development programs in Jakarta to be synergized with the central government.

SKPD Requested to Accelerate Development Programs

"Here, we study to parse traffic congestion," expressed Ahok accompanied by Andrinof after the meeting in the Bappenas office, Tuesday (1/6).

He disclosed such meeting aims to harmonize a number of infrastructure programs in the city as planned by the central government. One of them is about giant sea wall project or National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD).

"We've reported the plan of NCICD type A," he told.

The other projects that also discussed are the railroad crossings or loop line for KRL Jabodetabek, underpass, flyover, inner-city toll road, ERP and Transjakarta bus lanes.

"We also think how to restore the function of the inner-city toll road where its concession period was finished to public and how to persuade the minister to review this problem," he expressed.

Ahok added his party also needs support from the Procurement Regulatory Body (LKPP) regarding the procurement of good and service for some projects belonging Jakarta Provincial Government.
