Sidewalks of Jalan TB Simatupang at Rebo Market Cleaned

The Gedong Urban Village together with the Pasar Rebo Sub-district Fire and Rescue Sector (Gulkarmat) and Satpol PP, East Jakarta, cleaned up the sidewalk last night. Two fire engines were deployed to spray the sidewalk along three kilometers.

It was carried out at night for maximum results and aimed to prevent traffic jams

Gedong Urban Village Head, Nunung Siti Cholimah expressed that the cleanup action was carried out to follow up on the mandate of Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono who wants public facilities to be clean and create a sense of security and comfort for residents.

"It was carried out at night for maximum results and aimed to prevent traffic jams," he expressed, Thursday (12/8).

Sidewalks and Channels on Jalan Pejaten Raya Arranged

Pasar Rebo Sub-district Gulkarmat Sector Head, Supriyadi added that two mobile pumps with 2,500 liters and 4,000 liters capacity had been alerted to the location.

"It is done from the Pasar Rebo intersection to Pasar Rebo intersection until Ciliwung River Bridge," he uttered.

Pasar Rebo Sub-district Satpol PP Head, Muhammad Syarif added that personnel had been alerted to support the cleanup action.

"Our personnel have been sent to manage traffic flow and safety," he stated.
