Balkoters Coordinating Journalist Chairman, Sammy Edward Watimena disclosed that this assistance is a form of concern for the earthquake survivors that hit Cianjur on November 21.

Acting City Secretary: The Role of Journalists is Very ImportantHe explained that the assistance distributed was 11 items including, rice, oil, instant noodles, clothing, medicine, snacks, toddler needs, sanitary napkins, toiletries, blankets, and shoes.
"We also provide psychosocial services, provide trauma healing for children here," he explained.
He hoped that survivors could continue to be enthusiastic about living life, especially children.
"They are not alone, we, as brothers and sisters in Jakarta, care and pay attention," he expressed.
RT 01/04 Chairman, Kampung Lembur Sawah, Sukamanah Village, Wawan expressed his gratitude for the assistance provided by Balkoters.
"We really need this assistance because there are still many who are displaced and cannot carry out their activities as they should. Hereby, I thank you and really appreciate it," he explained.
As for the information, the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) as of December 1, 2022, reports that as many as 328 people died and 12 others are still missing and on the wanted list due to the 5.6 magnitude earthquake on November 21, 2022.
There are about 109,386 people evacuated or 39,521 households. They are from 451 points with details of 351 in centralized evacuation posts and the rest are independent.
