M Kuncoro Wibowo was appointed as President Director of PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) through a Shareholders' Decision outside the GMS which was signed on Wednesday (1/11).

Further, the shareholders also agreed to the resignation of the previous Main Commissioner, Sudirman Said, and appointed Luky Arliansyah as Commissioner who was also appointed as Main Commissioner Acting Commissioner. Aside that, the appointment of Bambang Eko Martono as Commissioner was also expected to improve oversight of the Company's performance.
"It has been carried out in accordance with the procedures and provisions of laws and regulations. Hopefully, they are able to carry out their duties properly and responsibly," she concluded.
As for the information, PT Transportasi Jakarta is a BUMD with 99.70% of its shares owned by Jakarta Provincial Government and the remainder owned by PT Jakarta Propertindo, which serves public transportation with the scope of the company being the operation, operation and maintenance of BRT system facilities; operation and maintenance of bus stops and refueling stations (SPBB); development, operation and maintenance of the Support Management System; business development and management of BRT system assets operated and maintained by the Company such as bus stops; and property and/or business development and management of the Company's assets.
