2016, City will Complete 8 Transjakarta Flyovers

The Jakarta Provincial Government has prepared the physical work of Transjakarta flyover project at corridor XIII route Ciledug - Blok M - Jalan Tendean. The 9 km flyover project with a width of 9 meter will be built with two lanes and divided to eight segments.

Jakarta's Public Work Agency's Head of the Intersection Division, Heru Suwondo said, the project has been auctioned by Jakarta Goods and Services Procurement and successfully divided into eight package activities that worked by eight contractors.
"Tendean project will be under PT Adhi Karya responsibility, Santa package will be done by PT Yasa Patrisia Perkasa, PT Jaya Konstruksi will handle Trunojoyo package, Taman Puring package will be worked by PT Hutama Karya, Kebayoran Lama Package will be under PT PP (Pembangunan Perumahan) responsibility," told Suwondo, Monday (2/16).

"Especially for Seskoal project still don't have winner because the project was constrained and resubmitted by Jakarta Goods and Service Procurement," he added.
Suwondo revealed, City Government designed the employment contract using project design system. So, the winners make their own designs in accordance with government regulations.
The project also has construction management consultant (MK) and supervision consultant that will oversee the contractors’ activities in each package.
Suwondo continued, the flyover will be built with a height varying between 18 to 23 meters in accordance with spatial layout and road conditions under it. Furthermore, this project is aimed to invite the community to use Transjakarta.
"These flyovers will also integrated with Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) as on Jalan Sisingamangaraja that will be built the integrated bus stop in future," he continued.
Suwondo revealed, the budget cap of this project reaches Rp 2.5 Trillion for multi-years workmanship.
"We will build the flyover with two lanes, and the model will be similar with Jalan Layang Non Tol (JNLT) Antasari - Blok M. We targeted to complete the project in two year, or by the end of 2016," he uttered.
