Some 20 personnel of Seribu Islands Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency are repainting the embankment and kanstine block at the main pier of Untung Jawa Island, South Seribu Islands.
This is targeted for the completion this week
Seribu Islands SDA Sub-agency Head, Hendri expressed the embankment painting is done with five meters long and four meters wide. While painting the kanstine block is done 185 meters with colorful paint.
"This is targeted for the completion this week," he expressed, Thursday (5/11).

"It aims to make them more durable, tidy, and beautiful," he expressed.
He added it is also carried out in preparation for the inauguration of Kampung Bahari Nusantara Village on Untung Jawa Island, which falls on May 15.
"It's been reported that the Vice President will be visiting here. That's why, we make the Untung Jawa Island area as clean and beautiful as possible," he stated.
