She and some traders who came at that time appreciated Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono, who had facilitated and found solutions to the problems that occurred in the market.
"I'm complaining about a marketplace CMS issue. Our complaints are traders at the Anyar Bahari Market, thank God, Mr. Heru has helped me, where I thank you very much for his response to me, especially the Anyar Bahari traders," she expressed, at Jakarta City Hall Pavillion, Monday (6/26).
Idul Adha, Central Jakarta Mayor Guarantees Stable PricesShe said one of her complaints was the high market fees traders had to pay.
"My complaints and those of the traders about the market levy that we pay per month and one of our objections is the payment of electricity, that is not in accordance with electricity in general," she explained.
Meanwhile, the Jakarta Provincial Government ensures that it will facilitate the needs of market traders with fair and transparent principles. Through Perumda Pasar Jaya, these efforts are realized for the benefit and welfare of traders in the market.
It applies to all traders under Perumda Pasar Jaya, including Pasar Anyar Bahari, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. In implementation, there is a Market Management Fee (BPP) tariff, which is the obligation of traders and has been set at a fair price in accordance with the principle of fairness.
"Principally, Pasar Jaya always puts forward the principles of fairness and transparency in setting the BPP for traders. By so, traders do not feel burdened and can run the wheels of the economy well, and uphold a sense of equality," uttered Perumda Jaya's Property and Marketing Director, Aristianto.
Aside that, a review of the Anyar Bahari BPP tariff was also decided by looking at market potential and classification, where the Anyar Bahari Market is included in the Class C Market category.
"Through many considerations, we also conduct in-depth studies and synergize with various stakeholders, thus the formulation is clear and precise," he added.
He added the BPP rates, especially at the Anyar Bahari Market, still use the old rates, which are in accordance with the BPP set since 2018. The determination of the BPP rates is in accordance with the Director's Certificate Number 247/2018 dated October 1, 2018. Thus, from 2018 to 2023, the rates are are still in effect and there has been no adjustment to the market management fee rates. BPP rates for traders per month for Pasar Anyar Bahari range from Rp 22,500 to Rp 41,100 per meter per month depending on the type of sales.
"The average size of a business location for a kiosk is four square meters and a booth is two square meters, thus for a business place with an area of four square meters, the costs incurred by traders range from Rp 90,000 to Rp 164,400 per business location per month," he finished.
