City Cooperates with PLN to Hold Electricity Raid in Pejagalan

Joint officers will conduct electricity raid to determine the cause of fire which burnt 80 homes on Jalan Kebon Pala, Kampung Gusti RT 06-07/14, Pejagalan Urban Village, Penjaringan, North Jakarta, three days ago.

In accordance with Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat instruction, w e will check all settlement in Pejagalan to surpress fires resulting of electrical short circuit

Pejagalan Urban Village Head, Alamsah uttered, the raid that will be held by PLN (Electric State Company), Military, and Police is aimed to reduce the number of fires caused by short-circuit.

"In accordance with Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat instruction, we will check all settlement in Pejagalan to surpress fires resulting of electrical short circuit," told Alamsah, Saturday (3/14).

Alamsah continued, before conduct the curb, his side will socialize citizens to avoid using electricity illegally.

"We will immediately cut off the electricity of the citizen who uses illegally. This is a firm sanction and we will execute them at the location directly. Moreover, we will also help PLN to hold sweeping," Alamsah explained.
