PT Transjakarta - Thunderbird to Improve Quality of Human Resources and Customers

PT Transjakarta and Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University, signed an MoU for the 100 Million Learners program at Bundaran HI Bus Stop, Jalan MH Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Thursday (10/19).

PT Transjakarta continues to develop a sustainable framework

The MoU was signed by the President Director of PT Transjakarta, Welfizon Yuza and CEO Director General of Thunderbird, Sanjeev Khagram.

The 100 Million Learners Program is Thunderbird's online training platform.

"PT Transjakarta continues to develop a sustainable framework, namely clean, powerful, and sustainable. The signing held today includes the second pillar, namely empowerment. We work together with Thunderbirds using the 100 million learners platform," expressed President Director of PT Transjakarta, Welfizon Yuza.

This collaboration was made to improve the quality of PT Transjakarta's human resources through access to quality and equal training for all employees and bus customers using the 100 million learners program platform.

"There are many learning materials that Transjakarta employees and bus users can learn through this platform for free," he expressed.

He explained QR scans would be installed at Transjakarta bus stops and buses using the 100 million learners program platform.

"This learning platform is unique, as it uses 40 languages including Indonesian and Javanese. Employees and Transjakarta bus users can access by downloading various scientific materials available based on levels, namely basic, intermediate and advanced. Collaboration is an effort to add service to customers," he explained.

PT Transjakarta's Director of Operations and Safety, Daud Joseph, added this collaboration would continue indefinitely. In fact, learning materials on this platform will continue to increase in the future.

"We're targeting as many Transjakarta customers as possible to access this platform," he uttered.
